**Your role**:

- Overseeing and enhancing the accuracy of customer name and address data within the Authority NAR and the Dynamics NAR.
- Develop and educate staff in data governance policies and standardized formats to ensure data consistency and coherence. Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure a unified approach to customer data management that fosters a holistic understanding of customer interactions.**Skills, experience and certificates**:

- **Degree or Diploma in administration or relevant field, with some experience or lesser formal qualifications and several years of relevant experience.**:

- **Experience working with customer databases. Authority NAR and/or Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform including Dataverse advantageous.**:

- **Ability to develop data standards and validation processes, guides and training material.**:

- **Data entry skills to enable the accurate entry and retrieval of information.**:

- **Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey a clear message.**:

- **Ability to train and educate staff to ensure compliance with standardized data rules.
