**The Role**
Reporting directly to the General Manager and Head of HR, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Receptionist to join their Sydney Head Office based in the heart of the CBD.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the front of house with day-to-day operations and being their go to.

Key responsibilities include:

- Liaise with clients and provide general support regarding enquiries
- Managing meetings
- Sales reporting
- Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and couriers
- Ad-hoc administration as required

**About you**
- High level communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Previous data entry experience is desired
- Well presented
- A very high attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise as required
- Microsoft suite experience

**Skills & Experience**

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience in a client facing role, preferably within the retail space; is preferred but not essential.
