We are in the process of expanding our team in support of our strong pipeline of work and are actively seeking **Project Administration Support Officer **to be based at the company's Sydney office.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage the supplier order process.
- Coordinate and manage the receipt and despatching of goods.
- Manage the organisational process of storing goods and keeping the office organised.
- Provide scheduling support services as required.
- Provide drafting support using the Company’s CAD platform.
- Manage the project documentation process.
- Manage the project archives for compliance with the IMS.
- Support the team in general as required by the Operations Manager and Engineering Manager.

**Your background and Experience**:
**Essential**
- 5+ years of contract administration experience and relevant qualifications.
- Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies. Determining accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and making recommendations.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service (experience with premium clients is an advantage).
- Ability to effectively handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and setting priorities.
- Practical approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Strong sense of initiative and proactive approach.

**Desirable**
- Quantity Surveying or relevant degree.
- Experience in construction and/or engineering industries.
- Strong database of local trades and contractors
