**About the role**

Seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator who is looking to make a career move and grow with this business with endless local and international opportunities. Being across Admin, customer service and all things digital and online, this person will take ownership of the function while reporting to the Marketing Manager and Commercial Director as APAC continues to grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and update existing product lines with all customers and e-tailers
- Manage price and product list for data integrity
- Review and plan incoming orders with the Operations team
- Communicate with customers and warehouse on logistics and deliveries
- Be across all marketing activity including current, upcoming and archived
- Create brand presentations tailored to customer needs
- Manage samples both ordering in and sending out to media
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reporting tools
- Manage schedules, admin, spreadsheets and trackers accordingly
- Liaise with key stakeholder internally and externally both domestic and international
- Arrange and maintain seasonal graphics and inventory to display in Sydney office
- Assist in managing trade show events including Melbourne Licensing Toy Fair twice per year

**Experience required**
- Ability to prioritise workload and to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Copy-writing experience across all print and digital
- Experience or knowledge of Marketing/Logistics/Sales/Operations is favourable
- Able to think outside of the box and natural problem solving skills
