**YOUR ROLE**

A brand-new role within one of IAG’s leading divisions Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA), the main purpose of this role will be to lead IIA’s central delivery and change function to assist IIA meet their strategic goals.

In this role you’ll oversee the development and embedment of the delivery framework and change framework, this role is crucial to building strong relationships with our group functions such as Technology and Operations to ensure that change will happen effectively.

**ABOUT YOU**

You’re someone who enjoys being inventive and thinking ‘outside the box’ when it comes how we deliver our change, this is a real make it your own role.
- You have worked within in General Insurance before and have a good understanding of all the parts of value chain
- You’re a real leader, leading your team on a day to day business to drive success for the business but also ensuring you team are reaching their goals and ambitions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to speak up and challenge and be confident in putting forward your ideas
- If you have a good understanding of Technology and Operations that would be ideal for this role.
