How you'll make an impact
As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful transformations across AMP's Technology division.

With your expertise in change management methodologies and deep understanding of technology and cyber domains, you will orchestrate seamless transitions for both project-based initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual activities.

Your impact will be far-reaching, spanning data, infrastructure, support services, digital platforms, enterprise systems, and risk and compliance functions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your strategic thinking and influence to navigate complexities, mitigate risks, and foster organisational-wide readiness.

Through your leadership, you will champion the integration of change management practices, ensuring that every technological advancement is embraced with clarity and conviction, ultimately empowering AMP to remain agile, resilient, and future-ready in an ever-evolving landscape.
