**Description**:
**Your Role**: Championing Customer Support
As a Service Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our service and spare parts division. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing customers, demonstrating the value of HMPS's service and support packages, and driving sales growth in the service, parts and aftermarket arms of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to existing customers to discuss the benefits of our service and support packages, aiming to increase sales, generating new business and engaging customers to deliver on retention.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Growth: Drive growth in the service and spare parts division by identifying opportunities and creating compelling service offerings.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve our post sale offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to keep HMPS’s services competitive and relevant.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales, particularly within technical or industrial sectors.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with service and spare parts sales, and a keen interest in automated machinery.
- Mindset: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement and holistic problem-solving.
**Qualifications**:
- Background: Demonstrated success in managing customer accounts and driving service sales.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of automated machinery and spare parts is highly desirable.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to regularly travel within the designated territory, including interstate and overseas travel.
