**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee-focused investigations related to allegations and/or disclosures of client abuse, neglect, or substandard quality of care.

As the Investigator, you will play a pivotal role within our People & Culture team. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cooperative environment throughout the investigation process. Your expertise will position you as a respected authority in employee investigations.

Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment, Employment, and Investigations, the Investigator operates in close collaboration with the Employee Relations team.

**Duties**
- Managing investigations related to employee conduct, focusing on allegations of client abuse, neglect, or inadequate care quality.
- Speaking with witnesses to determine events taken place on site.
- Carrying out investigations, employing an equitable approach that ensures procedural justice for all participants, and strictly adhering to confidentiality mandates.
- Collaborate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a cooperative atmosphere during investigations.
- Cultivate a reputation as a knowledgeable authority in employee investigations, known for your unbiased approach.
- Drafting up investigation reports for relevant executives
- Assisting learning and development team to train employees on how to improve based on findings from investigations.
- Aiding the People & Culture team with ad-hoc administration duties.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong report writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with communicating with people from diverse backgrounds including people with disabilities.
- High-level of stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with running investigation processes from end to end.
- Ideally able to understand RiskMan incident reporting software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Confident in working autonomously
- WWCC, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Required
