Description

The key accountabilities include:

  • Supporting the development, negotiation and approval of Enterprise Agreements
  • Supporting resolution of employee grievances
  • Undertaking workplace investigations and advising the business with the recommended course(s) of action based on findings and other factors
  • Coaching managers/supervisors on their ER obligations
  • Providing indepth knowledge and understanding of relevant workplace relations legislation and regulations to ER matters

Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Experience working within a blue-collar environment
  • A minimum of 5 plus years of ER/IR experience in an unionised industrial environment, effectively managing dispute resolution, interpreting employment conditions and supporting the negotiation of collective agreements.
  • Ability to interpret EAs and provide advice
  • Ability to influence outcomes and command respect
  • High level of resilience with the ability to be adaptable
  • Experience working in a fastpaced & high workvolume environment
