**Role Overview**

As the Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing an effective influencer marketing strategy. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of paid partnerships and a small position of affiliates. Additionally, you will also be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing brand community events, as well as establishing loyal brand partnerships for collaborations and podcasts. You will work closely with the overall marketing team, as well as the Business Manager and CEO to ensure everything is being executed in line with the Marketing Calendar.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and increase conversions.
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, whilst nurturing existing relationships.
- Negotiate and execute paid partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budgets.
- Manage a small proton of affiliates, monitoring and analysing their performance.
- Plan and coordinate brand events with a clear objective in mind.
- Identify and establish brand partnerships, including collaborations with other businesses, and podcasts for brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyse all campaigns performances, providing regular reports on what worked and what didn’t. Include actionable feedback to ensure consistent growth of the space.
- Stay up to date with industry trends.
- Support the overall marketing team with any additional tasks if and when required.
- Full time role. Must be available Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.

**Qualifications / Role Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1+ years experience in Marketing, PR, Communications or a related field. Ecommerce experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with influencers and brands.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills, to be able to make data-driven decisions.
- Detailed understanding of all social media platforms.
- Creative thinker to be able to support new ideas for campaigns, PR, events etc.
- Passion for digital marketing, in particular influencer culture, and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Must have a passion for growth and achieving KPI’s.
