**About the Role**
We’re hiring a great new role on behalf of our client Mingara. We’re looking for an energetic and innovative Marketing Manager. This is a rewarding career opportunity where you will support the team in ensuring ‘Life’s Great’ for members and the local community.

There are exciting times ahead with lots of growth in the organisation. We’re looking for someone to join the team who is great at building relationships both internally and externally and can support the Destination Leadership Team with developing creative Marketing strategy.

**Team Culture and Relationships**
- Lead and develop the Mingara Marketing Team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring process and planning transparency (as appropriate), while fostering an encouraging and constructive culture.- Establish and maintain relationships with external business partners, media agencies and suppliers with a view of identifying new opportunities to foster innovation and learning.**Financials & Reporting**
- Manage the agreed Mingara Marketing Budget including a monthly audit of expenses, processing of expenses and reporting.**Strategy and Planning**
- Align with the Mingara Destination Leadership Team, Group Brand & Communications Manager and Chief Operating Officer on the strategy and timeline for marketing activities through the Business Planning, DLT and Creative/Activation meeting process.- Ensure Marketing support and guidance to internal stakeholders across multiple product areas including:
- Membership, Gaming and Loyalty- Food and Beverage- Events- Human Resources- Community and Sport**Membership & Loyalty**
- In partnership with the Gaming and Loyalty Manager, deliver the agreements of the Mingara Rewards Program, including loyalty events, member survey’s, promotions, gifting, and reward, all in accordance with legislative requirements.**Promotions & Entertainment**
- Development and delivery of a weekly promotions calendar and live entertainment strategy and implementation plan in partnership with the Promotions and Entertainment Co-ordinator.**Digital Marketing**
- Strategic level knowledge of campaign planning and channel management across paid advertising (paid search and paid social), social media, SEO and content. This includes content management of the Mingara website and social media sites.- Foster creative collaboration with the MLG Creative Studio Team and their delivery of creative assets to support the agreed marketing plan.**What Success Looks Like**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.- Demonstrated experience 5+ years in a Marketing Management role.- The ability to take off the ‘corporate hat’ and be agile in an industry that is continually evolving.- Values trust and establishes credibility and confidence in stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.- Expertise in providing innovative Marketing strategy and advice to support core products.- Experience in digital marketing, websites, and social media.- Excellent organisational and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.**Why Life’s Great when you work with Mingara**
