As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful development and execution of acquisition marketing campaigns, with a key focus on messaging, offers, lead generation and database marketing.

This role has a specific focus on our white label partners.

It shares and develops best practice, bespoke to each brand' individual needs, whilst leveraging the insight and technical expertise within the wider nib business.

This role requires expertise in defining key messaging and optimisation, developing a schedule of tactical offers, developing and executing database marketing strategies, and identifying appropriate referral opportunities to grow our overall sales.

Let's talk about you

You will be Marketing and/or Business Degree qualified with 5 years' experience in an acquisition marketing space. Previous experience in Private Health Insurance will be highly regarded.


Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to the success of the role, hence strong communication and presentations skills with the ability to influence are essential.
