Let’s talk about this role

As the nib Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful development and execution of acquisition marketing campaigns, with a key focus on campaign strategy, sales promotions and offers, lead generation and database marketing.

This role has a specific focus on our nib brand, inclusive of our DTC, broker, voluntary corporate and affiliate referral channels. It also supports some of the new markets we unlock via our P2P strategy. It shares and develops best practice with our partner brands, whilst leveraging the insight and technical expertise within the wider nib business.

This role requires expertise in analysis and commercial accumen, optimisation techniques, developing a schedule of tactical offers, developing and executing lead generation and nurture marketing strategies, and identifying appropriate referral opportunities to grow our overall sales.

You possess the ability to work to deadlines and deliverables and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

- Demonstrated experience to drive results through a business- Strong communication and presentation skills- Experience in managing and developing others- Budget management and commercial acumen- Marketing or Business Degree qualification
