As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious growth plan, we are currently recruiting for an Online Operations Officer to join our Store Operations and Support team based at our Head Office in Preston.**About the Role**
- This role sits within our Store Operations & Support department, which works with established and new stores to enhance their retail operations and overall retail performance.- As Online Operations Officer, your primary accountability will be to ensure that our ‘Click & Collect’ service and ‘Fast Delivery’ offering are contributing to increased sales across our network. More specifically, this role will require you to:
- Oversee and monitor the Click & Collect service, reporting and analysing data to facilitate continued growth of the program, as well as communicating its performance to key stakeholders
- Support stores and their staff to deliver an outstanding service by:

- Making and receiving phone calls to stores to resolve any issues that arise;
- Developing support materials for store use (such as user-guides);
- Providing training and coaching to store staff through in-person visits, or - more regularly - scheduled phone calls; and
- Maintaining the Click & Collect mailbox on their behalf and responding to customer enquiries in a timely way
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the rollout and performance of the Click & Collect Service
- Compile data and analyse trends on Click & Collect sales and revenue on a weekly basis
- Assist in the rollout of new business initiatives (e.g. Fast Delivery)

**About you**
- To be considered for this role, you will need a solid understanding of how retail stores operate, gained through your experience working in a busy retail environment. Ideally you will have worked at a Chemist Warehouse store, but this is not a requirement. We are looking for someone that is customer-focused and empathetic to the customer experience, whilst also being commercially savvy and goals-focused.-
- The ability to analyse and interpret data to inform your decision Sound computer skills in MS Office, namely Word, Excel and Outlook
- Outstanding communication skills and social confidence to communicate with a range of people from a variety of backgrounds High levels of drive and results focus
- A methodical and organised approach to work
- High levels of motivation and drive, with the capability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working autonomously whilst respecting the dynamics of a team
- The successful applicant must also return a satisfactory National Criminal History check outcome. _
