Full Time Administration Assistant

**About Us**:
We are a rapidly growing Business that Installs, Inspects and Tests Fire Sprinkler Systems throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs with our office in Carrum Downs.
**Duties will include but are not limited to**:
Accounts Payable
Data Entry
Maintain Company Registers ie Assets and Expenses
General Telephone, Reception and Office Duties
- MUST be proficient in MYOB
- MUST have Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Accounts experience
- Experience with Simpro software would be an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar environment/role
- Able to respond to pressure moments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and to perform all tasks, as needed, with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
