The Big Clean Co is not a cleaning business like many others. Our integrity is stamped all over the internet with a social media following of around 1 million people. Our customers have high expectations of the service we provide them and you will be an integral part of this.
- Administrative Coordinator position available with a pathway to Operations Manager open for a goal-driven person.
- Passion, Enthusiasm + Positivity (in life + work) is essential.
The Role:
- Flexible working hours: Part or Full Time with a 7 or 8am start.
- You'll be the "voice" of the business, speaking with customers over the phone daily.
- You'll also be the "support person" in the office for a team of 30 cleaners who are regularly in contact for the administrative details of the work they do.
- You will have the ability to advance your career with opportunities within the company.
What you'll need to have:
- A can do attitude and a self-lead ability to find solutions to problems.
- Work well under a healthy amount of pressure
- Have very good communication skills over the phone
- Confidence (even when you don't know the answer to a question, our customers need to feel like you're there to help them).
- Adaptability

You'll be working in our Carrum Downs HQ where we have an office + warehouse. We have a sister-business For All Australia which is an ecommerce cleaning product that we ship worldwide. Working within the team you'll be mostly focused on The Big Clean Co and our cleaning service and team, but will gain knowledge and assist across both businesses.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
