Venue Supervisor

We are a unique Restaurant / Café / Entertainment centre, with a great love for wholesome fresh food, family entertainment, Adult & Kids Parties / Celebrations & high-level customer service. Our team are passionate, customer focussed and hard working.We are currently seeking a FOH Supervisor who is confident, has amazing people skills, great communication skills, engaging, warm and reliable, with a love for customer service. High energy and smiles are a must in this high paced environment.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

Here's what you need:
**Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hospitality or Customer service.**

Leadership and FOH skills

**Detailed understanding of Cash Handling and POS Operation.**

Have excellent communication skills

**Understand the responsibilities of leadership**

Amazing attitude and a warm, friendly and happy manner, with an understanding for what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service, knowing how to handle customer queries and how to respond when put on the spot.

**A confident and positive nature. We are customer focused, and our focus is all about our people so its your job to make our customers feel great when they are in our store. This job requires a people person**

Ability to work quickly and calmly, under pressure. Speed and being quick on your feet is essential for this role.

**Good understanding of food health and safety requirements.**

Availability to work all day both Saturday and Sunday every week

**You need to have great attention to detail, be honest, positive and reliable.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
