**How will I help?**

Working in a customer focused environment, this role is responsible for supporting the incentive team in the delivery of detailed reporting tasks to its customers as well as participation in projects on an ad-hoc basis. Join our team on a permanent basis

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Provision of cross brand information in support of strategy development, major projects / programs and ad hoc information requirements
- Provision of insight and advice in relation to reporting opportunities, including design and usage
- Design, development, testing, production, maintenance and retirement of information and reporting
- Act as a contact point and coordinate information requests, business requirements and enquiries
- Ensure system tables and databases are correct and up to date.
- Documentation and governance of reporting and process, including additions, deletions and modifications
- Design, operation and testing of controls
- Consolidation, standardisation, automation of reporting

**What do I need?**
- Previous experience in a data analysist or Management Information Specialist Environment
- Knowledge of reporting and system tools. With focus on SQL, Excel and Power BI
- Advanced technical experience in relevant systems
- Experienced in liaising with business on research requirements
- Possess working knowledge of management reporting systems and business intelligence concepts
