**To help create long lasting systemic change**:

- You are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person who is able to draw upon your skills, knowledge and experience to educate others
- You have a degree level qualification and/or equivalent experience in a similar role
- You are passionate and motivated to help improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for community
- You are a great communicator and are able to speak in front of groups of people and influence change

**Where you’ll be working?**

The primary location of this position will be in Gosford, though there will be some travel between our four hospitals: Gosford, Wyong, Woy Woy and Long Jetty.

**What you’ll be doing**

In this role, you will lead the coordination, facilitation and evaluation of the NSW Health Respecting the Difference cultural awareness program. You will also work with key stakeholders to develop a range of other Aboriginal specific learning initiatives that aim to build culturally safe and responsive work places and health services for Aboriginal people living on Darkinjung Country, on the Central Coast of NSW.
