**Regional Home Builders are a fast-growing Company that has an opportunity for a permanent part-time office administration person to come on board.**
We are focused on quality and communication with our clients, and we are passionate about providing high quality service in all areas of our business.
We are looking for a new team member to join us for 3-4 days per week, between 25-30 hours per week with the possibility of growth within the business. We are flexible with working days and times however; you will ideally be available to work across Tuesday - Friday between the hours 9am-4pm.
**What you need**
- 5+ years in an administration focused role
- Reception experience
- Tech savvy
- Microsoft Office experience
- Bright and bubbly attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with our company
- QuickBooks knowledge - _desired but not essential_
**Administration Duties**
- Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Welcome clients and suppliers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Handle phone and website inquiries efficiently.
- Organize and place orders for office supplies.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy access to important documents.
- Schedule appointments and meetings effectively.
- Keep track of deadlines and important dates.
- Coordinate office events and activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
- Processing of invoices when required
- Support to accounts receivable when required
**Project Administration Duties**
- Handling communication within the team and with external partners.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Coordinating schedules and meetings.
- Assisting with project planning and execution.
- Providing administrative support to team members.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
