Our client is a leading provider of consulting and testing services in the geotechnical field. With branches in Bendigo, Echuca, and Ballarat, they offer a range of services to clients in the private and public sectors.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As an Administrator, you will work closely with the Administration Manager and provide support to all departments within the company. Your responsibilities will include:
**Documentation**: Assist in word processing tasks such as taking meeting minutes, issuing memos, and developing company documentation.
**Data Entry**: Enter data into spreadsheets and assist in their development when required.
**Financial Support**: Perform data entry for bills and invoices and reconcile bank accounts.
**HR Support**: Assist in time sheet maintenance, induction of new personnel, and maintenance of records.
**Site Classification**: Aid in the quoting of site classifications for residential soil tests.
**General Office Tasks**: Photocopying, filing, maintaining stock supplies, and managing office communications.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in an administration or reception-based role is essential.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong drive to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software is desirable.
