Our client is a passionately managed company with a vision to grow. They serve a diverse portfolio of properties including large residential complexes, commercial buildings, high-rise residences, boutiques, townhouses and aged care centres.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Management and follow up of contractors and their quotes;
- Maintaining insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance and building compliance requirements
- Implementing and improving upon administrative processes for a more efficient workflow
- Approve creditor invoices and issue work orders and follow-up requests
- Respond to written inquires and telephone enquires
- Attend annual general, special general, and committee meetings including all relevant correspondence
- Review annual financial statements for clients
- Strong ability when working with figures and larger multiple aspect budgets
- Managing portfolio of high-rise residential towers

**Skills, knowledge, and experience**
- Experience in owner’s corporation managing a portfolio
- High-quality administration skills
- Understanding of the owner’s corporation act
- The ability to multitask and prioritize the workload
- Liaising with owners, committee members, and agents
- Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
- Effectively used multiple technical systems and software
