At our client's esteemed property management firm, they specialize in overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, ranging from bustling office spaces to retail complexes. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of property management. As a Junior Owners Corporation Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's team and ensuring the seamless operation of these prestigious properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the day-to-day management of commercial assets, including maintenance, repairs, and contractor management.
- Coordinating meetings with property owners, tenants, and contractors to address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and budgets. Assisting in preparing and distributing reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
- Assisting with conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborating with the Senior Owners Corporation Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective property management strategies

**Requirements**:
