- $70,000 - $80,000 + super | Monday to Friday role

**OFFICE MANAGER -OWNERS CORPORATION**:
You are a person who can adapt to change and respond to planned and unplanned challenges. You understand that the ability to communicate well and be understood underpins everything that you do: what you say, what you write, and what you promise.

You are a person who is solution and client-focused. You understand that your colleagues, clients, and customers need and rely on you because you are directly involved in ensuring that the work environment and service delivery are timely, efficient, and streamlined.

**Your role will involve all-rounder duties such as;**
- Organise, coordinate, and deliver office administration duties and office procedures.
- To create and maintain a pleasant, efficient, and safe work environment.
- To effectively manage the office premises and include service provisions to Members and building co-tenants.
- To ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery to all business teams
- To implement the strategies set by the Group General Manager as directed.
- **To be successful in this role you will have to**:

- Previous experience in the property industry (property management or owners corporation management ideal)
- Effective stakeholder communication skills - possessing the personal qualities that bring people together;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
- Curiosity, initiative, and solution-focused;
- Ability to collaborate and take instruction;
- Strong attention to detail;
