The Position

Reporting to our Victorian General Manager, we have a newly created full-time position available within our Melbourne office.

We are currently searching for someone who has experience within the Owner's Corporation industry, or in a related property field in Property Management or Facilities Management and you are someone who has passion, drive, and the right attitude to succeed.

We support all our people with full industry specific training delivered through our Chief Learning and Development Officer. This training is ongoing and on-tap when you need it.

In this roll you will manage a portfolio of schemes with a dedicated experienced Assistant Owners Corporation Manager who assist you into the position where you will be responsible for:
Â- Meeting attendance and minute taking

Â- Working closely with your committees

Â- Answering queries and providing pragmatic advice and solutions

Â- Prepare annual budgets and review financials statements (training provided to assist)

Â- Issuing correspondence and responding to queries from our clients.
