The Role

Reporting directly to the FP & A Manager, the Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the integrity & maintenance of the data that drives most of the pricing & transacting of fuel in the ERP of the business. You will be responsible for owning, managing, and bringing maturity to data management across the organisation. Whilst the role will initially not have any direct reports, there will be the opportunity to mentor & assist other staff in the business as well as work with high end stakeholders in implementing key improvement initiatives.

You have a proven track record of overseeing & analysing the integrity of pricing data within an organisation. Strong capability to understand functionalities within an ERP system that drive master data and be able to map out processes from scratch. Excellent communication and personal skills are also a must.

Key Responsibilities

The accountant will be required to undertake the following responsibilities as part of their role:

- Maintain daily fuel price import & export interfaces
- Maintain daily billing interfaces
- Maintain new product set up
- Maintain new site / plant set up
- Cleanse existing master data & develop a baseline
- Create processes & forms for master amendment requests
- Conduct regular reviews & data validation as well as implement exception reporting tools
- Attend to day-to-day issues arising from discrepancies in master data

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in pricing analysis within an A&F team
- Excellent data management skills and ability to manage large sets of data
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills
- Great communication skills
- Someone who is able to work independently as well as a part of a team
