**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively oversee a diverse portfolio of resolved cases.
- Review cases and engage with internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
- Identify root causes of resolutions and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Maintain precise and punctual record-keeping.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Actively support management in upholding efficient work practices.
- Master the use of our legal software system, Practice Evolve, for data input and extraction as needed.

**Core Competencies**:

- Exceptionally organised, with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work.
- Proficient in typing, document drafting, and data entry.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- General knowledge of financial services.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Skilled at prioritisation and multitasking with precision, especially in busy periods.
- Highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of solid administration and data entry experience.
- Relevant qualifications in Business or equivalent experience
