This critical role will play a key part in ensuring our clients and law firm partners achieve successful resolutions. The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in a fast-paced family law practice and possess excellent client-centric skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the journey with clients and law firm partners from case assessment to resolution.
- Assessing client applications for funding and liaising with clients and law firms to develop a holistic understanding of their needs.
- Developing and implementing processes to monitor the status of funded cases.
- Identifying and responding to risks that may arise on funded cases.
- Building and maintaining deep relationships with law firm partners to ensure their experience is positive, responsive, and supportive.
We're offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus share options package and five weeks of leave per year. Our office is based in the Sydney CBD, and while we understand location is important, our company culture is even more so. We prefer candidates to be present in the office for at least three days a week.
