**What will you be doing in this role**:
Working in the customer care team this role is the first point of contact for all customers that need assistance with navigating trouble shooting the software. You will speak to clients all over Australia and help them to resolve issues quickly over the phone or live chat.
- Addressing client enquiries in timely manner
- Collaborate with internals teams
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Test new products and services before they hit the market
- Walk customers through problem-solving process
- Handling complaints and proactively managing customer feedback
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the software features
- Assist with the set up of new user accounts and password re-setting
- Energy and passion for providing the best customer service
- Analytical with the ability to think quickly
- Experience in real estate or a call centre environment essential
- A clear and confident phone manner
- The ability to work as a part of a team
- Eager to learn and progress within the business
- Attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
- Passionate about customer service and problem solving
