Seeking an experienced Business Development and Partnerships coordinator to join MQ Health as they continue to broaden their engagement with specialist clinicians.

THE ROLE- Position available on a part-time (3 days), permanent basis- Join an organisation at a time of growth and expansion and work in a supportive team environment- Attractive salary, plus 11% superannuation and access to the full salary packaging benefit with Maxxia to maximise your take home pay.

The Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for building, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (especially clinicians and referrers), driving business development initiatives to support the growth of MQ Health’s clinical services and ongoing engagement of clinicians. The incumbent will ensure a high level of stakeholder engagement and committed to achieving results.

Key responsibilities for the role (not limited to):
- In collaboration with key stakeholders develop, implement and advise on business development plans to maximise growth of MQ Health services and growth opportunities.- Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential referrers and like-minded practices to drive utilisation of MQ Health services.- Maintain regular contact, including face to face meetings with key referrers and partners and record and report on activities in the organisation’s Customer Relationship Management software..- Build and maintain strong relationships with other healthcare providers and related institutions to build collaborative partnerships and drive shared objectives.- Plan and host business development and networking events to grow the MQ Health brand and build strong relationships between MQ Health clinicians and potential partners/ referrers.

About You

You will have demonstrated knowledge and success in business development, building strategic relationships and business growth., Experience working with clinicians or in the health care setting is preferred.You have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work collaboratively with teams across MQ Health Hospital and stakeholders of diverse background. You have excellent time management skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and will be skilled in the use of the Microsoft suite of products.

To Apply- Tertiary level qualifications in a related discipline (business/marketing, health management, or related discipline) and/or equivalent relevant experience.- 3-5 years experience in a business development, service marketing or business partnership position (or similar relevant experience).- Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships, eliciting cooperation and working effectively with a range of stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.- Thorough understanding of the Australian Healthcare System and experience working with clinicians.- Experience conducting desktop research, developing reports and contributing to business cases outlining insights, opportunities, and risks.- Effective time management skills with the ability to resolve competing demands and meet deadlines.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Commitment to uphold and be a steward of the Mission, Vision and Values of MQ Health
