**About the role**:
A brand-new opportunity for a Marketing Automation and Operations Manager has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand Digital & Design team.

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to our Senior Manager Customer (Direct) Marketing and Automation, you’ll lead the acceleration of marketing automation capability in-house and enhance the utilisation of Oracle and Adobe Martech platforms and their data connections.

You’ll also:

- Be the internal SME on marketing automation, data integrations, martech system connections and enhancements
- Collaboratively work with IT to deliver improvements to the marketing automation platform
- Streamline production processes and ensure the automation platform is operating efficiently
- Consult on solutions to enable capability/connections between automation platform and data repositories
- Be responsible for tactical and strategic problem-solving and delivering innovative best practice solutions.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, you have 6+ years' experience configuring marketing automation technology in a client or consulting environment.

You’ll also need
- Experience working with platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Tealium or similar
- Demonstrated experience leading the technical delivery of complex CRM integration and implementation projects
- Demonstrated extensive experience with SQL databases APIs and Webservices
- Development experience with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
- Strong leadership & people management experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including running workshops and training sessions.
