The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. We train GPs to deliver quality, whole-person care to patients across Australia, support their ongoing professional development and provide a point of connection for GPs serving communities in every corner of the country.

About you
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a trusted and strategic thinker who is adept at engaging, enabling and empowering others in a fast paced and dynamic recruitment team. You will have a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement with a focus on efficiency, proactivity and high attention to detail.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support and be accountable for the coordination of the end-to end recruitment and selection process at the RACGP, whilst upholding our vision, mission, strategy and values.

**In addition, you’ll**:
Provide accurate and timely recruitment co-ordination and administration support services to all managers / employees and P&C team.
Coordination of employee information on various P&C operating systems, including Job Adder, HRIS, Learning Hub, Intranet and Records Management systems.
Coordination of Job Adder administration, contribution to system improvements, updating and archiving data as required.
Updating RACGP Careers page to ensure position descriptions currently advertised are listed and any other relevant information is provided
Along with other team members, assist with monitoring the recruitment mailbox, answering queries, and triaging higher level items to relevant P&C team members.
Ability to work with excel at an intermediate level to assist with tracking,and reporting on people data to provide accurate and effective, reports, analytics and metrics.
