Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of all retail roles including but not limited to retail leadership, store management and visual merchandising roles within your store portfolio.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will deliver 360 recruitment support throughout the selection life cycle. You will attract, source, screen, coordinate candidates for interviews and manage candidate compliance for each of the vacancies within your portfolio. 

THE ROLE: 
Writing and placement of advertisements for all store-based roles Screen resumes and engage with potential candidates. Conduct first-round interviews and collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess candidate suitability. Manage appointment booking and diary coordination for Hiring Managers. Conduct reference checks for qualified candidates. Utilise strategic sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, networking, and talent pipeline management. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary. Compile and analyse recruitment statistics for reporting purposes. Ensure the highest level of candidate care throughout the recruitment process. Research, source, and contribute to the advancement of talent acquisition initiatives within the organisation. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment and/or store management experience within the retail industry will be essential Passion and drive for delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring a quality recruitment experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management will be highly regarded Experience in bulk recruitment will be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices within the retail sector. Understanding of online advertising platforms. Experience with Applicant Tracking System programs is preferred but not essential. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to thrive under pressure, excel at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
