Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.


The Role
Key Responsibilities include

  • Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to obtain feedback and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Work with the Operations team to support the onboarding process for new hires

About You
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role for 3+years.

While it is advantageous, we do not require someone with experience in the Sport and Entertainment industry. Someone who'll thrive in a supportive team and be eager to progress our existing processes. We are seeking an energetic individual, who thrives off their communication skills, and has an eye for talent. Someone who brings innovation to our recruiting process, will be social media savvy and be driven for continual progression.

Other relevant skills and experience include

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and people pipeline building
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Flexibility to work parttime hours.
