Hybrid opportunity - work from home 2 days per week; 9-day fortnight.
- Tier 1, 2 IT support; triage tickets & own the service desk ticket lifecycle.
- 12-month full-time role based in Newcastle, close to Interchange.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

You will:

- triage JIRA requests based on business priorities and best practice task management
- analyse and troubleshoot technical issues associated with software and computer hardware
- deliver accurate and timely problem resolution that supports established SLAs, targets and quality measures for end-user computing
- participate in delivering technology solutions within an iterative, agile framework

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in this role you will be a customer focused IT professional looking to expand your knowledge and grow your career. You will have a real desire to deliver a great client experience through responsive, consistent and high-quality service.

Your background will demonstrate your:

- experience in a similar customer-focused IT Support role
- natural ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, in particular sharing technical information with non-technical customers
- sound knowledge of MS Office Suite - installation, configuration and support (Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365)
- experience using Remote Control/Access software
- technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Cloud, Windows Desktop and Server platforms, MS Desktop Applications and CRMs
- knowledge of AWS and Salesforce (desirable)
- working knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, audio visual and mobile equipment, and platforms
- experience in task management, stakeholder engagement and vendor management
- ability to understand user requirements and assess impact on other operational units
- Due to internal movement, we have 2 x full-time 12-month opportunities available.
