**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Project Delivery Analyst is responsible for analysing, evaluating, and supporting the implementation of solutions for projects within the Continuous Improvement function. This position will work with Project Managers and Change Managers within the continuous improvement function to work on end-to-end implementation of improvement strategies and projects to support the organisational strategic and operational goals.

**ABOUT YOU**

As an experienced Analyst, you will have the skills and knowledge to turn data into insights and information for internal stakeholders to enhance business outcomes. You are an analytic thinker with the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data and processes. You have the ability to influence, be creative and a strategic thinker who is a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships within internal stakeholders, being analytical, collaborating with stakeholders and taking initiatives to implementation. It would be ideal to have an understanding of project delivery and be interested in being part of bringing ideas to realisation.

To be considered for the role you will have;
- Significant experience in an Analyst role within a large organisation
- End to end business analysis skills: process mapping, process re-engineering, user stories, support workshop facilitation and improvement techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver services and advice in a project environment
- Strong understanding of the relationships between process components and the impact of change
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder holder management skills
- High level of written and verbal communication
