**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The role of the Project Delivery Change Analyst is akin to being a skilled detective You'll delve into the analysis of change, uncovering how continuous improvement projects impact people, processes, systems, and culture. Your task encompasses creating essential documents that steer projects to successful implementation of change activities. You'll collaborate closely with the Project Delivery team, ensuring that every possible impact is uncovered and addressed.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a dynamic professional with a passion for driving positive change. With a keen eye for assessing the impact of proposed changes and exceptional communication skills, you excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your experience in change management equips you to design effective strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
