With over 50 years of experience they pride themselves on having the temporary, permanent, or portable building solution complete to implement, coupled with the expertise to guide you through the entire process.

**THE ROLE**
Due to rapid expansion, recent government grants and infrastructure expansion, the business is flourishing year on year, the current incumbent has been promoted, and now the company is searching for an experienced and dedicated Administrative Coordinator with a “zest” for customer care.

With an ever-changing schedule, you work in a vibrant team of four, where you will collaborate, pool resources, multitask, and enjoy working in a team that is efficient. yet knows how to have a good laugh.

Extensive interacting and coordinating, with internal and external stakeholders, you are the first point of contact for your portfolio of repair jobs, prioritising and escalating, while handling calls from customers.

You will be booking and allocating trades staff, for jobs work to be completed ensuring timely completion of works and maintain control over costings and pricing until resolution.

Daily communication with customers is paramount in this role, you will be an empathetic and effectively listener, drawing on your ability to work within required timeframes to provide accurate information as required.

**THE ESSENTIALS**
- Empathic, and informative, in often a pressured customer situation.
- Experience in a customer service, or scheduling, or coordinating role.
- Have superior administrative skills.
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Able to multiskill in a role, where no day is the same.
- Basic understanding of transactional accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- A person with a can-do attitude, who thrives on timelines and variety.
