30 hours per week at 2 locations. ( Bondi Junction and Kogarah )

The successful applicant should have the following attributes:

- Motivated
- Punctual
- Honest
- Reliable
- Well presented with good people skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi task

Essentially this position will be the face of our practice.

Key areas of responsibility:

- Meet and greet patients
- Scheduling patient appointments and responding to enquiries
- Filing
- General office administration as required for the role

We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality, excellent administrative skills and phone manner, and impeccable presentation.

Previous medical/office experience preferred.

Appropriate computer literacy is required.

We have a small, friendly, tightly knit, energetic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nurturing environment to facilitate us delivering the highest possible standard of care to our patients.

Remuneration $25-$35 per hour depending on qualities and experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
