**Key Responsibilities**
- General medical reception duties and administration duties including answering incoming calls, checking in patients, confirming appointments, processing and receipting patient accounts
- Customer Service - welcoming patients, collecting & entering patient details, answering telephone calls & enquiries, scheduling appointments, managing invoicing and receipting
- Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with the day-to-day operations
- Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policy and procedure
