**The Company**:
This Australian company designs innovative and revolutionary GPS tracking technology, specifically for the Australian logistics industry. With multiple high-profile clients, they have experienced continued growth to become a market leader in the telematics domain.

They strive to offer superior customer service and offer cutting edge features on the web-based SaaS solutions with features allowing access to data, product accessibility as well as safety compliance.

**The Opportunity**:
As the Account Manager you will oversee national clients within the private sector, as well as government bodies and local councils. The role will report to the Head of Accounts and will work collaboratively with staff across the organisation to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.

Key to your success in this role is your ability to communicate effectively and proactively with clients. Excellent stakeholder management skills are required to truly understand the client’s needs by asking the right questions, understanding business requirements, and presenting solutions that deliver real value. Further to this you will need to formulate a strategy that pitches new technology to current clients and delivers new accounts to the business.

This is a permanent opportunity working in a hybrid working environment. Noting that travel will be required to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience managing large scale, complex accounts with outstanding client outcomes;
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Ability to drive business growth and sales by leading tenders, proposals and trials with clients;
- Capability to truly understand client needs and deliver on these;
- Work collaboratively with the business to ensure technical solutions are fit for purpose;
- Desirable;
- Knowledge of IoT and vehicle telematics
- Understanding of the Australian transport industry / government authorities
- Experience with SaaS solutions
