We are looking for an experienced **Logistics manager** for a long-term contract with one of the NSW Government Clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Hands-on project role with 50% logistics, 50% project/vendor management and some technical components.
- A logistic function that manages the design, production detailing, procurement, assembly, and delivery of a large number of kits.
- Collaboratively develop and implement plans for new kit development and enhancements; identify risks, procurement options, and work with relevant stakeholders to develop strategies to minimise or mitigate these risks
- Plan and manage provisioning of compute devices required for new kit development and enhancements, in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams and vendors
- Manage and support the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with business objectives, approved program/project methodologies, policies, guidelines, tools and metrics;

- **Must have Australian Driving Licence**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $700.00 - $800.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Australia: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 3 years (preferred)
- Purchasing: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
