**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee records and data management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in performance management and employee development.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Handle immigration and visa-related processes for employees, ensuring full compliance with local and international laws.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
- Address and resolve employee grievances.

**Administration Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support as required, including office management and procurement.
- Assist in the management of office facilities and equipment, as needed.
- Organize and maintain company documents and records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in HR roles, ideally within an education or fast-growing startup environment.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
