We also provide hospitality services across prestigious schools, corporate locations and airport lounges at over 100 sites around Australia You will recognise many of the sites where we operate including Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney Tower, Centennial Parklands, Walsh Bay Kitchen, and other premium hospitality venues.

**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and inquisitive individual who is interested in kick-starting their human resources career by joining our HR team. The hospitality sector is one of the most upbeat, fun and rewarding places to work As HR Administrator, you will be exposed to all aspects of human resources as you support our employees at our venues. Our Company has grown considerably over the last six months and there is further growth in the pipeline. The role is based in our head office in the Sydney CBD.

**Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your responsibilities will include**:

- Administrative support to our employee traineeship program across the company.
- Supporting the new starters’ processes including preparation of their contracts of employment and on-boarding.
- Being the first point of contact in responding to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and escalating as appropriate.
- Supporting payroll with weekly timesheet checks
- Supporting recruitment activity
- Assisting in compliance activities e.g. visa checks, hours analysis.
- Maintaining and updating HR policies and guides
- Supporting HR projects as required
- Assisting in Work Health and Safety administration
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a relevant field
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Be self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Experience working in the hospitality or service industry would be helpful
