**What is the opportunity?**
An opportunity has arisen for a CRM Specialist to join the team in Norwest on a 12-month fixed contract.
This role will be responsible for delivering CRM best practice on the Subaru Australia business. This role involves building strong working relationships with both agency and client teams, playing a key role in bringing to life Subaru’s ambitious plans to innovate and optimise its CRM program in 2023 and beyond.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Primarily you will co-ordinate multiple projects across several stakeholders in both agency and client teams, ensuring delivery of campaign and journey assets. This requires working closely with both internal agency teams as well as the client side marketing teams, acting as the conduit in this process. You will write briefs, collate feedback, update documentation, and manage timelines ensuring stakeholders are held accountable for delivery and assets are delivered on time.
- Ensure CRM best practice is followed when content is being developed
- Liaise with the Insights team to identify segments and trends to ensure that the execution of marketing campaigns is targeted with the relevant messaging.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure the campaign messages and imagery are relevant and on-brand.
- Provide timely reporting for campaigns and BAU Journeys, analysing data and provide insights and optimisation recommendations back to agency and client teams
- Take a data driven approach to optimise campaign content and templates, looking for new opportunities to test

- Have experience in a similar role
- Be comfortable managing CRM projects from start to finish
- Be comfortable following stakeholders up and hold them to account so we collectively bring all our campaigns and journeys to fruition on time and to a high standard
- Have experience within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms, pulling reports, building content, deploying eDMs and updating audiences etc
- Have the ability to understand complex technology stacks and data flows between systems, troubleshooting issues that may arise and providing updates to stakeholders
- Have Excel skills and strong analytical skills
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus but not mandatory
- Be a self starter
