Position: CRM Specialist

We are in search of a motivated CRM Specialist who is enthusiastic about aiding individuals in Australia and New Zealand to enhance their finances. You will play a crucial role in our compact but influential CRM team, ensuring that the correct message reaches the appropriate user at the right moment. This team concentrates on supporting new user activation, engagement, and monetisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on delivering tailored offers to the right users at the right time.
  • Collaborating closely with the CRM Manager to create a seamless user experience within CRM, as well as working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and design teams.

Skills and experience required:

Hard skills

  • 2+ years of CRM experience
  • CRM Creative: Proficient in writing, designing, and coding engaging emails (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with a keen eye for detail.
  • Marketing Analytics: Strong analytical skills to delve into performance data and continually develop, execute, and assess experiments to enhance results.
  • User-focused: Inquisitive about users, their objectives, motivations, and challenges - translating these insights into exceptional campaigns. A passion for problem-solving is crucial.

Soft skills

  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration: Proficient at working within a team, knowing when to lead and when to support others. Always committed to problem-solving.
  • Self-management: Self-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Delivery and outcome-focused approach: Consistently delivering high-quality work that drives results.

Expectations:

  • By the end of three months, you will have gained a comprehensive understanding of ClearScore, be proficient in executing one-off campaigns, established relationships with key partners, and completed a significant project.
  • Within six months, you will have displayed strong accountability for trading and successfully delivered another major project.
  • After one year, you will have begun identifying key CRM opportunities at ClearScore, showcased your ability to prioritize impactful initiatives, and established yourself as a vital contributor to the ANZ business.
