About the Role
This role will be responsible for leading CRM campaign initiatives. You will develop and implement strategies utilising customer data and enhance customer experiences through the creation of personalised campaigns with a focus on increasing engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Define customer segments
Deliver personalised and targeted communications
Utilise insights to improve performance
Utilise stakeholder management skills to create loyalty strategies
Report on campaign progress
Skills & Experience
Experience in a CRM role or role with a CRM focus
Knowledge of CRM platforms
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ideal but not essential
Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
