**About the Role**

Sharp and Carter are delighted to partner with this well known and loved Australian member owned non-profit organisation, as they seek an ambitious CRM Engagement Specialist to join their growing team.
This CRM Engagement Specialist is responsible ensuring the development and delivery of integrated communications, community engagement programs, campaigns, and initiatives to continually understand and communicate the customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement a strategic engagement roadmap that includes engagement of key stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Prioritise, collate, and understand customer insights through proactive engagement strategies - be a customer insights champion
- Manage Member data and insights, as well as general database maintenance and reporting within Hubspot
- Undertaking engagement (and communications) activities to consult (and involve) the community regarding enhancing community service provision and understanding emerging customer needs.
- Oversee the development of an ongoing events plan, continually reviewing and refining events, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
- Lead, guide and nurture a team of communications, engagement and event professionals, ensuring their ongoing development
- Assist with the communication of the Engagement, Marketing, and Innovation Program outputs.
- Manage event coordination and registration processes and coordinate contributions by Engagement, Marketing and Innovation teams;
- Monitor engagement activities and identify opportunities for efficiencies in stakeholder engagement;
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications or another related field.
- 3+ years experience in CRM or Member Engagement
- Demonstrated, experience database level reporting
- Experience in using and managing CRM software, ideally Hubspot but not essential
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills - ability to communicate, engage and cultivate relationships with other teams and members.
