Gaven State School is looking for a Student Engagement and Wellbeing teacher to join our team and play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and inclusive school environment where all students feel supported, connected, and empowered to succeed academically and personally.
The Student Engagement and Wellbeing teacher will play a key role in promoting the school environment, supporting the social-emotional development of students, and helping them overcome barriers to academic success by addressing challenging behaviours effectively.
**Your Role**:In this role you will**:
- Be an active member of the Positive Behaviour and Learning committee
- Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to contribute to the implementation of school wide programs.
- Provide direct instruction on social skills, emotional regulation, problem solving and other targeted areas when working with students.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
