What's your mission?

The Integration and Services (I&S) Domain develop and operate key technology platforms underpinning digital identity, and banking services. Our analysts design, deliver, and operate software platforms and services in partnership with our value streams to deliver value to our customers.

This role also has a large delivery component and will be embedded within the Manage & Share episode of the JOIN ANZ PLUS Value Stream, whose mission is to ensure that we have trusted and reliable customer data that is easy to update, confirm and share using ANZ Plus.

What could your day look like?

You will play a leading role in your delivery squad by doing the following:
Partner with the product owner to prepare feature roadmaps for your squad aligned to broader Join objectives and value
Collaborate with architects, engineers, ANZ Plus platform teams, and external technology areas (e.g. Open Banking services, Core Systems) to complete solution designs
Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes for the Squad
Collaborate with other ANZ PLUS Value Streams, Technology Domain, and Group Functions to deliver initiatives
Work with internal technology, security, and risk partners to ensure our solutions are secure and well-managed
Learn from your chapter peers and share what you know.
What's in your toolkit?

Strong interest and grasp of technical concepts and practices
Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor communication to audience
Agile delivery techniques
Experience working with Architecture and Engineering leads to complete solution designs including:
API design
Data modelling
Process modelling
System interaction modelling (sequence diagrams)
System context modelling
End-to-end delivery experience of complex system initiatives
JIRA, Confluence, Plant UML
Desirable experience

Knowledge of Open Banking standards
Identity and Access Management domain knowledge
Working in a regulated environments - Information Security, Compliance and Operational requirements for banking systems
Experience with Cloud Technologies and concepts
Knowledge of Observability Practices and Tools (e.g. Splunk).
